appointment of Deb Dulsky as the Chief Executive Officer of Williams Lea`s
Marketing Solutions Business Division effective February 1, 2010.

Prior to Williams Lea, Dulsky was with Affinion Group, a 1.4 billion dollar

served as SVP of Business Development and Client Solutions. In her role, she
directed the team responsible for developing, selling and implementing
customized solutions for 200 of Affinion`s National Partners. Prior to Affinion
she was COO and Partner at Total Fulfilment Services, responsible for directing
the day-to-day operations for direct marketing clients.
